TORONTO, ON — (Marketwired) — 03/02/16 — Keek (TSX VENTURE: KEK) (OTCQX: KEEKF) today announces that TriviaForGood™ will be launching its new mobile game on May 9, 2016, expected to be one of five contests between May 9th and July 3rd. A major promotional campaign starting with a full page advertisement can be found in the Cineplex Magazine in their March/April double issue. The TriviaForGood™ Cineplex marketing campaign will run across numerous Cineplex Inc. distribution channels including on screen and in-theatre, Interactive Digital Media Play Zones, Cineplex.com and Cineplex mobile. TriviaForGood™ will also be advertised on Tim Hortons T.V. in over 1850 locations across the country where it will be viewed by more than 20 million Canadians.
Each of the first five contests will feature a cash prize pool of not less than $100,000 for successfully answering the themed trivia questions over a four-day period, with twenty percent of the prize split among selected charity partners including Right to Play and Els for Autism Foundation. The new mobile app will be available for download through the Google Play Store or by going to the website triviaforgood.com and registering. Registration will be available on March 10th with the first contest clues to be released at 12:01 amon Monday, May 9th.

Keek also announces a restructuring of the Social Trivia Division which spearheaded the TriviaForGood™ concept in July 2015. The Social Trivia Division will be rolled into a stand-alone private company (Trivia For Good Inc.). Keek will retain a non-controlling equity interest in Trivia For Good Inc. and both companies will continue to work together to foster growth of their respective brands while pursuing mutual opportunities for growth in the fields of audience aggregation, social content and video sharing.
The restructuring will allow both companies to seek funding independent of each other and build their respective brands while enhancing shareholder value. The private company will be led by Mr. Ronald Hulse, former Keek Board Member and former President and COO of Keek’s Social Trivia Division.
