TORONTO, April 23, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Peeks Social Ltd. (TSXV: PEEK; OTCQB: PKSLF) (“Peeks Social” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has qualified for conditional funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP).
NRC IRAP provides advisory services and funding to Canadian small and medium-sized businesses to support the research, development and improvement of innovative technologies, products, and processes. This particular research and development project will support the company’s development of the WASDPro platform. The Company has also been earmarked for additional resources and support for the WASDpro platform through, the Government of Canada’s Accelerated Growth Service (AGS) which is an initiative that offers services to specific firms to assist them in identifying and possibly facilitating access to relevant federal and/or external programs and services intended to help the firm’s growth objectives.
